TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Pippa Pet Portraits.
The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pippa Pet Portraits. We operate this website and provide custom hand-painted pet portrait services, together with all related information, content, features, tools, products and services offered through this website (collectively, the "Services").
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services and online store to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you access our website, place an order, provide photographs or customization instructions, approve artwork, or otherwise use our Services.
By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
When placing an order, you may be asked to provide information including your name, email address, shipping address, billing details, payment information, pet photographs, and customization instructions.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials associated with your account and for activities conducted through your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR HAND-PAINTED PORTRAITS
Our pet portraits are individually hand-painted by artists based on the photographs, customization preferences, and other information provided by the customer.
Each portrait is a unique piece of handmade artwork. Minor artistic variations in brushwork, texture, color, composition, detail, and interpretation are a natural part of the hand-painting process and do not constitute a defect.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display examples of our artwork on our website. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting conditions, photography, and the natural characteristics of physical paint and canvas.
Examples shown on our website are intended to demonstrate our general artistic style and craftsmanship. Because every portrait is individually created, your finished artwork will not be identical to another customer's portrait or to sample images displayed on our website.
SECTION 3 – CUSTOM PORTRAIT PROCESS
When you place an order, our artists will create your portrait based on the photographs and customization instructions you provide.
Completed Artwork Preview
Our artist will first complete the hand-painted portrait.
Once the painting has been completed, we will send you a photograph or digital preview of the finished artwork for your review before shipment.
Revisions
After receiving the completed artwork preview, you may request changes to the portrait.
