Custom artwork
Each portrait is personalized and made to order. For that reason, finished custom artwork cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.
Artwork approval
A proof is provided before the portrait is completed. Customers may request reasonable likeness adjustments during the proof stage. Final production begins only after approval.
Damage or production issues
If a portrait arrives damaged or materially different from the approved proof, contact the studio within seven days with the order number and clear photographs of the packaging and artwork. Eligible pieces will be repaired or replaced.
