By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have the right to provide the uploaded pet photograph and authorize its use to create the commissioned artwork.
Proofs and changes
The portrait includes a proof stage. Requests should relate to likeness, color and reasonable finishing changes within the service described on the product page.
Timing
Creation and delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occur when a replacement photograph, customer feedback or customs processing is required.
Prices and payment
Prices and payment terms are shown at checkout in the customer's active Shopify market and currency.
